About NYLB
A movement, not just an organisation.
Founded in La Brea in 2012, NYLB has grown from a community response into a multi-award-winning youth development organisation.

Origin Story
Built from lived experience
No Youth Left Behind was created by Quincy Joseph to make sure young people facing the same barriers he once knew would have structured support, visible leadership, and a pathway to possibility.
