Our Story

Born from the community

No Youth Left Behind was founded in La Brea in 2012 by Quincy Joseph to ensure young people in his community were seen, supported, and given real opportunities to grow.

Today the organisation spans youth development, community outreach, environmental action, culture, sports, and entrepreneurship across Trinidad & Tobago.

Latest Highlights

The work feels real because the people do.

NYLB's strongest story is not a slogan. It is the steady, visible presence of young people learning, laughing, helping, and growing together across La Brea and beyond.

These moments come from the reviewed archive and point to the kind of organisation NYLB has become: community-rooted, youth-led, and active in everyday life.

Confidence starts with belonging

Moments like this capture what NYLB does best: helping young people feel seen, safe, and proud to show up as themselves.

Youth Programs

Joy is part of the work

Behind every programme is a simple goal: create spaces where children can learn, connect, and enjoy being part of something bigger.

Youth Programs

Every child deserves to be noticed

NYLB is strongest when the work feels personal, local, and close enough for each child to know they matter here.

Youth Programs

Learning by doing

From food preparation to community sessions, NYLB programmes work best when young people are active participants, not spectators.
